Approach
Achieving true diversity and inclusion in tech requires correcting systemic structural and cultural issues across the tech ecosystem. We focus on solutions and engage stakeholders in education, workplace, entrepreneurship, policy and government agencies, plus storytelling through media and entertainment.

Change in culture happens when we improve systems and processes, and we develop programs that foster individual and collective behavior change. We generate and analyze data to assess your current state and then use scientific behavior change methods to develop solutions leading to lasting change.

Technology should be built by and for the diverse world we live in. Our work focuses on inclusion for all underrepresented groups, across the spectrum of gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, geography, socioeconomics, as well as veterans and people who have been incarcerated.
